OSM People’s main focus areas will be outplacement, recruitment and selection. 

Outplacement covers all kinds of engineers, IT positions, industrial/ship/offshore workers such as welders, fitters, electricians etc. and also including administrative positions and positions with the maritime and offshore industry, e.g. superintendents and HSE managers.  

Other interesting areas of expansion will be within the health area and building/construction.   Recruitment and selection will aim at administrative and technical positions including middle and top management levels.

OSM People is already planning expansion to other countries.
